Shipping policy

1. Estimated Shipping Time

  • Orders will be shipped within 5 business days of order and payment confirmation (excluding pre-order and made-to-order items). Please note that shipping times vary by product, so be sure to check the estimated delivery date listed on the product page.
  • If a shipping schedule is listed individually on a product page, that schedule takes priority.
  • Please note that if you order pre-order and regular items together, all items will be shipped together once everything is ready, in line with the pre-order item's shipping schedule.

Delivery typically takes about 3–7 days from the order date (may vary by region and season).

2. Carrier & Shipping Method

  • Domestic shipping is handled by Yamato Transport.
  • Delivery typically takes an average of 2–3 days after shipping.
  • Delays may occur due to weather, traffic conditions, or delivery center circumstances.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping on orders of ¥20,000 (tax included) or more.
  • Honshu, Shikoku, Kyushu: a shipping fee of ¥590 (tax included) will be charged.
    Okinawa and remote islands: a shipping fee of ¥1,500 (tax included) will be charged.
  • If items are ordered separately, they generally cannot be combined into one shipment, and shipping fees will apply to each order.

4. Receiving Your Order

  • Please be sure to collect your package within the carrier's storage period after it ships.
  • If the package is returned to us after the storage period has passed, round-trip shipping costs will be charged to the customer if redelivery is requested.

5. International Shipping

  • As of September 21, 2026, we ship to South Korea, Taiwan, and Hong Kong (additional countries/regions may be added in the future).
  • A flat shipping fee of ¥2,000 (tax included) applies.
