FAQ
About our products
Q. What is the Kangaroo Pocket Series?
It's a line of wear for dog owners, with a front pocket that lets you carry your small dog and keep both hands free while you're out. Developed under the supervision of VOA Japan, a veterinary orthopedic association.
Q. Are the sizes for dogs?
No. S, M and L are sizes for the owner. Please see the size chart on each product page, as well as our Fit Gallery, which shows real customers wearing our products.
Q. Will my dog jump out?
Every item comes with a detachable anti-escape hook that attaches to your dog's harness or collar.
Q. If I'm unsure, should I choose a larger size?
A larger size lowers the pocket position, which makes your dog feel slightly less secure. We recommend choosing your usual size. Fit also depends on your body shape, so feel free to contact us if you'd like advice.
